What is Milestone Luxury Rentals LLC?
We are a luxury Rent and Return Floral Service that provides lush silk wedding day flowers for brides at up to 70% savings off a traditional florist. Many of our collections feature real touch flowers, so they look as close to real blooms as possible, just without the price tag.
Can I see your inventory in person?
Our warehouse is not set up for customer visits. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos and videos on our Instagram account @milestoneluxuryrentals. We'll also announce on our social media any upcoming open houses to see the items at different venues.

How do payments work?
We offer two payment options. If you would like to pay in full you can do so through this website. If you prefer installment payments please inquire through our contact form and let us know exactly what you are looking for.
Up to what distance does your "free delivery" apply?
We will deliver for free within 25 miles of our facility in Queen Creek, AZ. If you are unsure whether your event's location qualifies for free delivery, give us the address and we are happy to let you know!
How long do we have the rental?
Regular pick-up time is 9 pm on the day of your delivery. We do offer pick-ups after 9 pm for an additional fee.
What are the pick-up fees for pick-ups after 9 pm?
It is $50 for every half-hour past the regular pick-up time of 9 pm.
However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees whenever possible. This will depend on whether the venue allows for next day pickups, whether the arch is needed the next day, and whether or not we can fit a next day pickup into our schedule.
What does it mean when it says price is for one set up per location only?
That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, in one location. Additional fees will apply if the rental item is to be moved anywhere else, for example from the ceremony to the reception at a different address.
There is an Altar/Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event but you do not currently offer it. Can you create it for me?
