Terms & Conditions For Rentals:
By renting our product you agree to these terms and conditions:
Payments: We offer two payment options: payment in full through our website or two installment payment via square. This option is available through our contact form - please specify this option when filling out the form.
All non-refundable retainers of 50% of the total balance must be submitted with all orders. The retainer is deducted from the total price of the wedding/event.
Disclaimer: By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look real they are artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is described as.
Balance due must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to the wedding/event. If payment of balance due is not made, flowers and decor will not be ordered, and this contract will be closed at the determination of Milestone Luxury Rentals. If Milestone Luxury Rentals determines the contract can still be fulfilled after this date and you wish to continue the contract, there will be a 10% fee added to the balance due and an additional 10% fee for each 7 days that the balance is late. Any extraordinary costs incurred due to the late payment will be passed on to you.
Terms: At the time of the initial retainer, adjustments can still be made to the invoice. Large additions and subtractions are accepted up until the balance is paid in full. There is a guaranteed minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal. Any liability on the part of Milestone Luxury Rentals is limited to the full refund of monies paid minus the retainer fee.
Price is for ONE setup/location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. If you need any item moved from the ceremony, to the reception, or anywhere else. An additional moving and setup fee will be required. We require our own team to move any items. This is due to insurance reasons, which will not cover anyone outside out team to handle our items.
Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space.
All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 25 miles of our warehouse. Pickups past 9pm will incur an additional fee. The delivery cost for orders outside of 25 miles is typically a dollar a mile, but will be determined based off of location and whether or not it involves setup from our team. Please email us and we can give you a quote for this price based off these two factors.
Any pickups past 9PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can be found below.
9:30PM charge of $50 — 10PM charge of of $100 — 10:30PM charge of $150 — 11PM charge of $200 — 1130PM charge of $250 — 12AM charge of $300
Product Handling: No rentals can be left outside overnight, including the altars, arches, or backdrops of any kind, as well as all floral arrangements. The arches cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the arch is outside we will come get the arch early. No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval.
Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period of time, you will be charged 4 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item. Your credit card information is safely stored and will be deleted once the items are returned.
All décor must be communicated to Milestone Luxury Rentals to preserve the consistency of wedding/event. Any décor for the wedding/event not provided by Milestone Luxury Rentals is not be guaranteed by Milestone Luxury Rentals even in cases where Milestone Luxury Rentals items are integrated. In such cases, any alterations deemed necessary will be made to preserve consistency and Milestone Luxury Rentals will be blameless.
Venue and Location Limitations: Milestone Luxury Rentals is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer; Milestone Luxury Rentals will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Milestone Luxury Rentals.
Cancellations: We require a 30 day cancellation notice, otherwise your retainer cannot be refunded. Anything within 30 days will not result in refund. In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 30 days of your wedding/event, we will move your retainer free of charge to another date.
Retainers will not be refunded fully, they will exclude the payment processing fees, as well as any time we spent in communication with you, the time spent forming this proposal, any time spent working on your event preparations, fees charged by our banking institution for refunds, and may include the fees associated with us making this available online for you to rent online.
Milestone Luxury Rentals reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Milestone Luxury Rentals feels that the obligations cannot be met. Milestone Luxury Rentals will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that Milestone Luxury Rentals informs you.
Upon rental agreement and conformation we will send a contract to be signed stating all of the information above.
